Our Origin: A Response to a Growing Need
Mission Qalbun Saleem was born from a painful truth I witnessed in the communities and through one-on-one coaching: a deep and widespread struggle with emptiness, anxiety, and identity crisis among young Muslim women. I saw that the root of this pain was a heart distant from its Creator.
This mission is a response: to help young Muslim women, girls, and single mothers navigate modern life by anchoring their hearts to Allah. This is the only path to attaining true peace and unshakeable confidence.
Our Belief: The Sanctuary of a Sound Heart
In a world that feels increasingly chaotic and transactional, a heart grounded in Allah is our ultimate sanctuary. It is the key to moving beyond fear, worry, and the need for validation from others. A “Qalbun Saleem” is filled with love and honor from Allah that makes you resilient, even in the darkest of times. As a authentic hadith teaches us:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: أَلاَ وَإِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ، وَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَسَدَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ. أَلاَ وَهِيَ الْقَلْبُ.
Translation:
“Beware! Verily, in the body there is a piece of flesh. If it is sound, the whole body is sound. If it is corrupt, the whole body is corrupt. Beware! It is the heart.”
